生物質顆粒機成型燃料形成步驟和生產線

生物質顆粒機成型燃料成型機理主要包括原料種類、原料含水量、原料顆粒度、成型壓力與模具尺寸、加熱溫度、擠壓速度等因素對成型過程的影響研究;原料含水量、顆粒度和和、成型壓力主要為擠壓過程中生物質顆粒機原料的摩擦生熱特性、燃料物理特性及致密成型的研究;加熱溫度主要為原料含水率的控製和木質素軟化點變化研究;擠壓速度主要包括鬆散壓縮階段和壓緊階段的研究。
