木屑顆粒機在國外發展情況分析

木屑顆粒機是將各種生物質資源包括鋸末、秸稈、稻殼等農林廢棄物通過加壓、加熱由原來的鬆散原料壓縮成具有一定形狀和密度的成型燃料的技術。生物質壓縮成型技術的應用與發展,是因為一般農作物秸稈都具有疏鬆、密度小、單位體積熱值低等缺點,作為燃料使用很不方便。這是造成人們不願用秸稈作為燃料的主要原因之一。秸稈生物質成型技術不僅能有效地解決這一問題,而且能有效地改變秸稈的燃燒特性。原料擠壓成型後,密度可達0.8~1.3t/m3,能量密度與中質煤相當,燃燒特性明顯改善,火力持久,黑煙少,爐膛溫度高,且儲存、運輸和使用方便,幹淨衛生,可代替礦物能源用於生產和生活領域。因此,作為生物質轉化的重要手段和方法,壓縮成型技術越來越受到人們的重視,專業生產生物質顆粒燃料成型機械設備,同時AG8還大量小農作物秸稈顆粒燃料和純木屑顆粒燃料。

生物質顆粒燃料的生產技術主要有兩種方式,一種是熱壓縮擠壓成型技術,另一種是高壓模腔成型技術。熱壓縮成型工藝一般由原料預處理——幹燥——加溫擠壓——冷卻幾個環節組成,其中擠壓技術常采用螺杆——模孔擠壓成型,或壓輥——環模孔擠壓成型,或對輥環模擠壓成型。這種工藝的設備多,係統複雜,能耗高,燃料生產成本高。另一種技術流派是采用對模腔加載高壓,使模腔內的生物質原料受壓成型的技術,一般用液壓作動力,推動活塞,給成型模具加壓,壓製塊狀或棒狀燃料。這種工藝的壓力高達1 00MPa,能耗大,模具的磨損嚴重,生產效率低,燃料的燃燒速率比顆粒燃料低。上述無論哪種工藝,都要求進入壓縮設備的粉狀原料的含水率為10%~20%。因為需要對原料進行集中幹燥,因此生產設備是固定的,采用工廠化生產方式。

為了克木屑顆粒機設備係統複雜、能耗高的缺點,國內外近些年來在生物質的成型技術方麵作了艱苦的探索性研究。雖然我國遼寧能源所、西北農大、河南農大、南京林科所、廣州林科所等機構對生物質固化成型燃料的開發已有20多年的曆史,但是沒有突破國際上主流技術的框框。
